Karlee’s Services and Fees
-
During our initial 60 minute session, we will complete a psychiatric evaluation to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan. Below are common diagnoses we treat: ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, OCD
-
After our initial intake we will schedule a follow up appointment to determine if the medications are effective and to answer any questions you may have. Typically, these appointments are scheduled every 2-4 weeks depending on medications and client need. The rate of these appointments are often reduced once client and provider determine appropriate treatment.
-
Karlee is in network with Aetna, Premera, Regence, First Choice and United Healthcare.
PENDING: Kaiser, Tricare
Because each insurance plan varies, we recommend that you confirm benefits and in-network status prior to your first appointment. Opal Mental Wellness is not responsible for denied claims. Additionally, you must have a diagnosable condition for insurance to be billed. If it is determined after the intake session, based on the information you provided, that you do not meet criteria for a DSM diagnosis, you will be responsible for paying for your intake and any subsequent sessions out-of-pocket. Please discuss any financial concerns with your provider.
If you do not see your insurance listed here: please inquire with your insurance provider about your Out of Network Benefits. Karlee can provide a Superbill for potential reimbursement. Please ask your provider for more details.
