Rebekah is a Washington State Approved Supervisor and as a LICSW, provides supervision for interns and associate level licensure.
Individual Supervision: $85/60 min

As a clinician, I choose not to participate in insurance networks in order to better protect client privacy and preserve the autonomy of the therapeutic process. Insurance companies often require the disclosure of sensitive personal information and impose limitations on treatment that may not align with a client’s needs. By remaining out of network, I am able to maintain greater confidentiality and clinical independence. To help make services more accessible, I provide superbills that clients may submit to their insurance providers for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
If finances are a concern, I do often have a reduced fee opening available. Please ask:)

During our initial 60 minute session, we will complete a psychiatric evaluation to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan. Below are common diagnoses we treat:
ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, OCD

After our initial intake we will schedule a follow up appointment to determine if the medications are effective and to answer any questions you may have. Typically, these appointments are scheduled every 2-4 weeks depending on medications and client need. The rate of these appointments are often reduced once client and provider determine appropriate treatment.

Karlee is in network with Aetna and currently in the process of being credentialed with several additional insurance plans. In the interim, Karlee offers private pay services along with a Superbill for client’s to submit for possible reimbursement. Clients are responsible for confirming their out of network benefits with their insurance provider.
