She provides a supportive environment to build on strengths while exploring areas of potential growth.
Rebekah enjoys working with parents, caregivers of all types, individuals working through life transitions, couples, grief and loss, anxiety and panic disorders. She is a skilled and knowledgeable neurodivergent affirming provider who supports individuals and their family members in healing from the trauma and burnout that living in a neurotypical world can cause. Rebekah is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and everyone is welcome in her practice.
Rebekah was voted Seattle Times “Best in the Pacific Northwest” for Mental Health Services in 2025.
